Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager - MNC Clients at Workassist. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with multinational clients. The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, developing acquisition strategies, pitching services to clients, and negotiating contracts. The Acquisition Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and client acquisition
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Experience in the MNC client segment is a plus
