Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an aggressive salesperson with a proven track record of success in franchise sales. As the Franchise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchisees to grow our brand footprint.
  • Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive franchise sales growth.

Identify potential franchise candidates through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

Conduct thorough qualification and evaluation of potential franchisees to ensure alignment with our brand values and business goals.

Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective franchisees, including presenting franchise opportunities, addressing objections, and finalizing agreements.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise prospects throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to streamline the franchise sales process and ensure a seamless transition for new franchisees.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to capitalize on emerging growth prospects.

Be target-oriented, opportunistic, and a solution driver, consistently seeking innovative approaches to drive sales and overcome challenges.
  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise sales, specifically in the preschool franchise industry.

Strong understanding of the franchising industry, including franchise disclosure laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.

Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive spirit and a drive for results.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
