We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Indian job market, and will be responsible for managing the financial accounts of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations
- Perform regular audits of financial processes
- Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Manage a team of accounting professionals
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, Tally)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience managing a team of accounting professionals
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred
