We are seeking a Corporate Accounts Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate should be passionate about training and development and be able to deliver high-quality training programs to corporate, and College clients. The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for corporate and college clients on various accounting topics
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop customized training programs based on client requirements
- Deliver training programs in a professional and engaging manner
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
- Provide feedback and coaching to participants to help them improve their skills
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and develop proposals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in corporate training or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Ability to customize training programs to meet client needs
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel as required
