Job Description

Skills:

  • Claims management and/or customer service experience.
  • Bachelors degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to perform at a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Capacity to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skills to work independently and be resourceful with the ability to multitask.

Experience:

13 years of experience in the US calling process.

Job Description:

The job involves an analysis of receivables due from healthcare insurance companies and initiation of necessary follow-up actions to get reimbursed. This will include a combination of voice and non-voice follow-up along with undertaking appropriate denial and appeal management protocol. The work timing for this job is night shift.
