Job Overview:
We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager who thrives on accuracy and enjoys the challenge of ensuring timely payments. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing incoming payments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring that our cash flow runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile Order to cash Recon for ecommerce Market Sales and B2B Sales.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
Work closely with the sales and Warehouse teams to resolve billing / returns issues and discrepancies.
Review PG Charges / Marketplace commissions and other charges
Generate weekly and monthly AR reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as assigned
Qualification & Skills:
Any graduate [preferably in finance and accounting would be an added advantage].
Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
