We are looking for a result-driven accounts receivable senior executive/ assistant manager to ensure the accurate invoicing of customers and the collection of payments on behalf of the company.
To be successful as an accounts receivable manager, you should possess strong accounting skills and ensure the accuracy of the invoicing process. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout our entire accounts receivable process.
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue recognition as per the agreed commercials and Indian Accounting Standard.
- Responsible for maintenance of agreement with customer and prepare the commercial matrix for all business streams.
- Prepare monthly MIS for revenue from different business segments and reconcile the same with revenue as per Zoho.
- Daily collection reconciliation needs to be performed for different collection sources i.e., PG, Offline Mandate, Cheques etc.
- Co-ordinate with product and tech team to understand the business process and backend system.
- Responsible for doing UAT for all new changes in the back-ended related to revenue reporting & recognition.
- Responsible for reconciling revenue and GST liability as per Zoho (accounting system) & GST Return.
- Calculation of monthly accrued and un-earned income & posting the same in Zoho.
- Manual posting of all offline invoices and manual JVs.
- Monthly tracking the offline revenue reporting through Google Form.
- Review Customer Ageing and follow-up with Customer as well as RM
- Co-ordinate with auditor and close all queries related to revenue recognition.
- TDS reconciliation with 26AS.
Skill Set requirement:
- Minimum Experience: 3-6 years of experience in revenue management
- Education: M. Com/ MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter
- Prior experience / understanding of financial products
- Prior experience of working with fintech company will be preferred
- A good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skill as the profile requires frequent
- interaction with cross functional teams and management.
- Technical Skills - Demonstrates strong technical skills required for the role, pays attention to detail,
- takes initiative to broaden his/her knowledge and demonstrates appropriate analytical skills.
- Thorough understanding of defined accounting standards, GL management, P&L statements, and MIS reporting.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment. The role requires you to be completely hands-on.
