Responsibilities:

Hardcore Operations of Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash process

Raising Sales Orders, Invoices as per Purchase Orders received

Collection Follow-up

Preparation of Ageing Report

Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and Ad-hoc Reports.

Accounting of all Accounts Receivable including Receipts transactions

Should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire Accounts Receivable process.

Requirements:

1-3 Years of Work Experience as an Accounts Executive - Accounts Receivable

Candidate should be a B.Com, or any Post Graduation

Start-up (B2B, D2C Platform) experience would be preferable.

Experience with General Ledger functions and the month end/year end close process.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.

Ability to accurately process numerical data.

Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and working knowledge of Zoho Inventory.

Knowledge of GST and TDS Good Communication Skills
