Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable Management: Process MIRO bookings for PO expenses and record non-PO expenses.
- Payment Handling: Enter payments in SAP and handle manual payments for expenses, suppliers, and government transactions via bank portals.
- GR/IR Clearing: Perform Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) clearing in SAP to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Forex Management: Handle multiple currency payments, mitigating forex losses on cross-currency transfers.
- Vendor Reconciliation: Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Audit Support: Assist in audit queries related to invoices and payments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel Reporting: Use Excel tools such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, and IF functions for detailed financial analysis and reporting.
