Job Responsibilities
- Vendor Invoice Processing - Process all invoices assigned within the agreed timelines
- Ensure compliance with Purchase Orders while processing the invoices
- Payment processing - Creating payment as per the due dates
- Perform periodical account reconciliations
- Follow up with the requester/vendor for discrepancies
- Vendor Master - Research and Setup/Update/edit vendor accounts in the System
- Strict adherence to timelines
Education And Experience
- Degree in Commerce or MBA Finance or a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Compliance -Support GST / VAT / withholding taxes reporting / payments
- Highlight inconsistencies in tax compliance during vendor invoice processing
- Experience in ERP - NetSuite necessary
- Strong communication skills to interact with US, UK and India teams
- Proficient in MS-Excel and MS-Word
