nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• nOversee and support team activities around receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and charging expenses to accounts and cost centers, as well as verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies

• nOversee a quality expenses claim process that benefits colleagues
• nSupport the Entities Financial Controllers with monthly accounting and analysis
• nReview and booking of car leasing invoices
• nAdministrative support with the global credit card programme
• nManaging queries sent to the accounts payables department via our finance mailbox by answering queries and directing other to the correct person/department

nYOUR PROFILE:

• nSkilled at managing both administrative/routine and complicated or judgemental problems
• nExperienced in dealing with external suppliers and senior executives to solve practical problems in Finance
• nBasic Accounting and reconciliation skills.
• nExcellent organisation and communication skills in English (Basic Knowledge of French is also an asset)
• nSkilled at using web-based platforms and Microsoft Office tools
• nStrong collaborator, able to empathise with and solve others problems
• nAbility to work with tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to details
• nKnowledge in SAP S/4 is an advantage
• nExperience in accounts payable functions is an advantage
• nOpen to work for the fixed contract of 12 months
