Position Overview:

As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the financial operations of our company. You will assist with various tasks related to vendor analysis, inventory management, and reporting, contributing to the efficient management of accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile vendor ledgers by matching purchase orders with payments.
• investigate discrepancies between POs and payments, resolving issues with relevant departments.
• Assist in invoice processing and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Accurately input payment data and maintain organized transactions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
