- Freight Invoice Portal: Clarifying questions about the technical and business setup of the Freight Invoice Portal (FIP)
Logistics Service Provider (LSP): Supporting the implementation of new LSPs and transportation solutions- Financial details: Monitoring and reporting on financial details and LSP invoice performance
Operational problems: Assessing and analyzing operational problems, and advising on corrective actions
- Carrier and stakeholder meetings: Participating in meetings to align guidelines for improving processes
