Ideally between 30-35 years
As an Administrative and Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing unit. Key responsibilities include:
- GST Compliance:
- Stay abreast of the latest GST laws and regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.
- Handle GST audits and assessments.
- Accounts Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- ESI (Employee State Insurance):
- Oversee ESI compliance and related documentation.
- Coordinate ESI registrations for eligible employees.
- Address queries and concerns related to ESI.
- EPF (Employee Provident Fund):
- Ensure compliance with EPF regulations and guidelines.
- Manage EPF registrations for employees.
- Handle EPF-related documentation and processes.
- General Administration:
- Support day-to-day administrative functions.
- Assist in procurement and vendor management.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of GST laws, ESI, and EPF regulations.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Management Skills
Preferred Skills:
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
