We are hiring an Account Manager with knowledge in Accounts for our company ChellSoft Technologies Private Limited. We are an IT backbone provider with clients all over Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.
Qualification: -
- Any degree with 2-3 years of experience in the required domain
We are looking for eligible candidates with the below proficiency,
- Proficiency in handling Tally Prime for Accounting and Inventory management.
- Handling Purchase, Delivery Challans, and Sales Invoices.
- Handling Cash register, Cheque Registers, Bank Transfers, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Handling Stock register and Stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in communication over the phone and over email for client communication/vendor communication.
- Knowledge in handling banking transactions like cheque/cash deposits.
- Knowledge in handling and issuing inventory, stock bookkeeping, managing petty cash, and monitoring.
Candidates should have good communication skills to deliver and converse with fellow team members and with the clients.
