Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Accounting & Financial Review:

Monitor monthly accounting and books closure.

• Review monthly financial statements, annexures, and disclosures.

Tax Compliance & Reporting:

• Oversee TDS working, payment, and returns.

Ensure compliance with GST, including preparation and review of GST workings, timely payment, and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

• Issue TDS Certificates [Form 16 and Form 16A] to TDS deductees.

Assist in clearing TDS defaults or demands.

• Looking after the ODI and FDI compliances

Accounting & Financial Control:

• Control day-to-day accounting of all transactions.

Conduct periodic scrutiny of books of account.

• Prepare MIS and cash flow statements, and monitor sales data.

Handle payroll processing and related activities.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare various MIS for financial review and decision-making.

• Budget preparation, financial forecasts, business improvement plans (NWC, COGS savings),

Vendor & Payment Management:

• Manage vendor relations by preparing payable statements project-wise post-production and for ongoing projects.

Ensure timely payments to creditors and local vendors as per the budget

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, financial management, or a related role.

Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other relevant tax regulations.

• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
