Job Title: Accountant (with International Accounting & Customs Documentation Expertise)

Job Summary:

RBN Meditech Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our domestic and international accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, international financial reporting, invoicing, and handling customs documentation for exports. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting the company's growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.

- Prepare financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Handle reconciliations, journal entries, and tax filings.

International Accounting:

- Prepare financial reports for international transactions in compliance with foreign accounting standards.

- Assist in currency conversions and ensure accuracy in reporting across different countries.

- Liaise with foreign banks, regulatory bodies, and auditors when required.

Invoicing & Payments:

- Generate and review invoices for domestic and international clients.

- Track payment schedules and ensure timely collection of receivables.

- Prepare and submit accurate export invoices and relevant documentation.

Customs Documentation:

- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate customs documentation for export transactions.

- Ensure all shipping documents, certificates, and export declarations meet international trade regulations.

- Coordinate with logistics and customs clearance agents to ensure smooth shipments.

Compliance & Audits:

- Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and international accounting standards.

- Assist in internal and external audits, including those related to customs documentation and international transactions.

- Maintain a comprehensive record-keeping system for audit trails and regulatory purposes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Experience in accounting, with a focus on international accounting and export documentation will be given priority.

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards with IFRS or other international standards.

- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, international clients, and external agents.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

- Experience in the medical devices or manufacturing industry.

- Understanding of international trade laws and practices.

- Knowledge of taxation laws, especially related to exports and foreign transactions.
