Job Description

:We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the entire financial process, ensure compliance with taxation regulations, and manage a team of accounting professionals. The role involves maintaining internal financial controls, preparing financial statements, and managing tax-related matters

.
Key Responsibilitie

  1. s:Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate recording of all costs, journal entries, reconciliations, and report preparatio
  2. n.Prepare financial statements, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledge
  3. r.Submit Monthly MIS Reports for management, provide analysis on deviations, and support ad-hoc reportin
  4. g.Develop and implement internal financial processes and control
  5. s.Ensure timely sharing of departmental costs with the respective heads of department
  6. s.Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor Budget vs. Actual performance, identifying reasons for variance
  7. s.Liaise with statutory, tax, and internal auditors to ensure successful audits and complianc
  8. e.Prepare and submit income tax computations and return
  9. s.Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including payments, returns, and assessment
  10. s.Manage working capital, including Accounts Payable, Receivable, inventory, and cash flo
  11. w.Handle inventory management and valuatio
  12. n.Liaise with bankers, vendors, consultants, legal advisors, and factory consultant
  13. s.Lead process re-engineering in SAP to improve accounting processes and control
  14. s.Coordinate with IT to meet SAP reporting requirement
  15. s.Identify potential cost-saving measures and drive execution in collaboration with managemen
  16. t.Manage a team of 5 finance professional
