- We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Accounts Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting functions and should possess the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Zoho Accounting Software: Proficient in using Zoho accounting software for effective financial management.
- TDS and GST Entry: Thorough knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) entry processes.
- Invoice Creations: Accounts Receivable: Raising and Issuing Invoices Credit Notes
- Bank Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Experience in IT Companies (Preferred): Previous experience in accounting roles within IT companies will be considered a significant advantage.
- Purchase Invoice, Expenses Salaries, proper booking of Interest bank charges to take benefit of GST Credit
- To ensure monthly compliances, and periodical and yearly compliances prepared and filled on time
