Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in the job market context of India. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Manage financial statements and budgets
• Conduct regular financial analyses to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance
• Provide advice and support to management on financial matters

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the job market context of India
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Quickbooks, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
