Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Oversee the financial operations of the company.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Prepare financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Financial Oversight: Direct and supervise all financial and accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Take charge of preparing and finalizing financial statements, encompassing Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to discern trends and provide insightful recommendations for improvements.
  • Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, ensuring its accuracy, and deliver regular updates to senior management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all financial reporting requirements, including Income Tax regulations, GST regulations, and Accounting Standards.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide comprehensive assistance in all finance and accounting aspects to various stakeholders within the company.
  • Team Leadership: Offer guidance and support to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Specific Skills: Preference will be given to candidates with exposure in Import & Export Documentation, a proven track record in Handling Banking Operations, and experience in leading and managing a team of 5-6 employees. Proficiency in using Busy - ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE is also essential, underscoring the necessary skills for effective role management.
