Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate and review annual audits and tax filings.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA, is highly preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Good leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
