Accounts Executive at Talrop will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports and ensuring accuracy in financial records. Your duties will also include handling day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciling accounts and supporting the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities :
Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording day-to-day transactions in the accounting system.
Generate and process invoices accurately, following up on overdue payments and managing accounts receivable. Track and manage company expenses, verifying and processing expense reports. Collaborate with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support during the audit process. Processing GST filings and TDS submissions. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations. Skills required : Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
