Key Responsibilities
- Billing and Payments:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
- Follow up on payment realizations from clients.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
- Stock and Inventory Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the factory team to manage stock and inventory.
- GST Fulfillment:
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and timely submission of returns.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Factory Visits:
- Visit the factory in Greater Noida Kasna once or twice a week as needed.
- Oversee factory expenses and ensure proper stock maintenance.
