Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile transactions related to online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all sales, returns, discounts, and other related transactions.
- Handle payment gateway reconciliations and manage chargebacks.
- Maintain and update accounts in Tally, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations, including filing returns and managing audits.
- Utilize Tally for detailed accounting tasks including voucher entries, ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Generate and analyze financial reports using Tally to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting role within an e-commerce company.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or higher.
- Strong Excel skills, including the use of advanced formulas and functions.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation.
- Basic communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their transaction processes.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing e-commerce finances.
- Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
