Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with an emphasis on accounts payable and receivable. The candidate should have experience in managing financial records, reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating financial records
• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Preparing financial reports and statements
• Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting
• Assisting with tax filing and compliance
• Providing support to the finance team as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Experience in preparing financial reports and statements
