Overview
The Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of the organization. They are responsible for managing financial transactions, generating financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records. The position is essential for providing financial insights to support decision-making and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial documents and records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Process invoices and manage vendor payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial matters
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assist in the preparation for audits
- Contribute to financial forecasting and planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting or financial roles
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
