Job Description
To maintain on a daily basis all Club accounting records in strict accordance with the uniform system of accounting in practice, or in accordance with the adjusted system of such accounting that may have been modified to suit local needs. Knowledge in IDS.
To prepare annual financial budgets and submit them to the management.
Preparation of Gross Operating Profit & analysis of variances.
Should ensure proper intra and inter departmental co-ordination in the Club pertaining to accounts.
To ensure that all accounting personnel carry out their functions properly.
Check the grooming standards of all the subordinates on duty.
Responsible for setting up high standards of work performance and attendance of all the employees of the department and by consistent supervision ensure maintenance of the standard for deliver quality service to the guests by all the employees of the Club.
To ensure the deposit of all taxes, P.F. & E.S.I deductions from employees, with the Government.
Organize and conduct departmental (Accounts, Purchase, Receiving, Stores, F&B Controls) meetings once in a month along with the respective HOD.
To verify all the contractors bill.
To post entries of different cheque transaction in computer.
Responsible for any other assignment delegated to the designated position from time to time by the Club authority/ ies.
