Our organization follows the Fortune at the bottom of the pyramid model to make coffee farming sustainable for the producers and the entire value chain. In addition to coffee farming, we have also started a retail chain of coffee houses across India. Kruti Retail Ventures LLP is a part of Kruti Coffee and manages the financial operations of the organization.

Job Overview

Kruti Retail Ventures LLP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and records of our organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and a strong understanding of financial principles.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in using accounting software Zoho, Tally and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize financial performance
  • Assist in ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required
