We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Accountant to play a vital role in our finance department. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This position requires a Degree in B.com/M.com/MBA(Finance), along with at least Three-Five years of expertise experience in Real Estate industries. Proficiency in Tally and a solid understanding of core accounting principles are essential for success in this role.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage all accounting transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
  

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
  

• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies.
  

• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  

• Drafting financial statements monthly.
  
• Requirements:

• Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.com/MBA) or relevant field.
  
• 2. Minimum of Three-Five years of expertise experience in Real Estate industries.

• 3. Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.

• 4. Knowledge of income tax, GST and TDS compliance in real estate aspect.

• 5. MIS reports on receivable and payable

• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and practices.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
