Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Management Information Systems (MIS). This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights through MIS to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections.
Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain financial MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide insights into financial performance and key metrics.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance and customize financial systems and reporting tools.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in MIS reports and address any issues or discrepancies promptly. Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting standards and best practices.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations and MIS reporting.
- Stay current with industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in accounting and financial systems.
Education: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience: Good years in accounting with a focus on financial reporting and MIS.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel; knowledge of MIS tools.Analytical Skills:
