Qualification for the candidate: Graduation in Commerce is a must

JD for the Position of Sr. Account Executive

Receiving, Recording and processing Purchase Orders to Proforma Invoices as per agreed terms & staying in coordination with clients for further Preparation on Invoicing, Warehouse coordination for dispatch along with E-way bill & invoice material checklists.

Documentation for invoice processing with every major and Govt. client.

Supervising local procurements & approvals

Supervising stock management with warehouse team. Quarterly physical scrutiny of stock

TDS Record, Calculation,Filling return under supervision

GST Record, Calculation, E-Invoicing & Filling returns under supervision

Recording and managing all type of Indirect Expenses

Handling Imprest Accounts project & location wise.

Recording and tracking all payments and receipts

Documentation of financial scrutinizes by different govt. departments, report & reply making
