Accounts Executive

Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the Indian job market context. The candidate should be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and be able to work under tight deadlines. The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and process invoices
• Prepare and process payments
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations
• Communicate with clients and vendors as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Indian accounting and tax laws
