Accounts Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting duties, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
2. Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
3. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
4. Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
5. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
6. Support payroll processing activities.
7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Adhere to accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software Tally.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
