Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an accounts assistant at Eber Infrastructures in Coimbatore. The Account Assistant would be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial operations, and assisting with general office administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Support company accounts and financial activities, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of financial data.
• Proficient in Tally for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoice generation, delivery challans, E-way bills, and E-invoices.
• Handle general MS Office applications for reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Draft and manage official emails for both internal communication and external correspondence.
• Assist in other small office administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally for handling accounting operations, including invoice, delivery challan, E-way bill, and E-invoice generation.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in accounts or office administration is preferred.
