Job Description

Company Name:- HBH Technologies LLP, Indore.
  • Work Arrangement:-Work from the Office.
  • Location:- 208 Johari Palace, 51, Mahatma Gandhi Rd, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
  • Role and Responsibilities:-

Accounting Duties:
  • Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
Day-to-day accounting includes Sales, Purchase, JV, Cash, and Bank Inventory Management reconciling accounts Payable & Receivable. TDS, GST monthly & annual returns including Eway bills Process journal entries.
  • Coordinate with CA for GST Returns, Petty Cash Maintenance E Way Bill Inward/Outward Credit / Debit Note E Invoice Creation.
Banking works like a cheque issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS.
  • We are finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining the ledger, keeping accounts of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.
Bank Reconciliation, Sales Purchas, Document filing and Data Entry.
  • Full Knowledge of compliance (PF, ESIC) Challan, generating PF ESIC account, etc.
Good Knowledge of MS Office tools, Excel, and Word Mostly.
  • Good working knowledge of Tally. Skills Needed: GST, GSRT, TDS, ITR, Finalization, Tally, Taxation, Audit, Tax returns.

Administrative Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and replenishing stock.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and update office filing systems and records.
Assist with onboarding of new employees and maintain employee records.
  • Organize and facilitate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Educational Requirement:-
Graduate, Post Graduate.
  • Experience Requirement:- Minimum 1or 2 -year Experience.
  • Salary Range:- Rs. 15000 - Rs. 20000, based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
