We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, preparing financial statements, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of the company.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Manage payroll and employee benefits
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and organizing files
- Provide general support to the team as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally or Quickbooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Indian financial regulations and compliance
