Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Process Trainer in the US Division at Paperchase Accountancy. The Accounting Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, delivering new hire training, developing and delivering presentations, utilizing analytical skills, and communicating effectively. The role is located in Ahmedabad, India.

Shift time: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujrat

Qualifications

• Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training
• Presentation Skills
• Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
