Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at Poorvi Housing Development Company Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Bangalore or Mangaluru. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience and will be proficient in various accounting and financial analysis tasks. The candidate must possess strong skills in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Excel Proficiency (Mandatory skills).
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong proficiency in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Excel Proficiency (Mandatory skills)
- Experience in Financial Reporting, including the preparation and interpretation of financial statements
- Competence in performing internal and external auditing tasks to ensure compliance with financial standards
- Expertise in Taxation, including filing returns and advising on tax strategies
- Proficient in Budgeting, developing, and managing financial plans to support organizational goals
- Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various departments and stakeholders

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to guide decision-making and organizational strategies
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations
