- Manage Team size of 10-12 members in the areas of Tax Return Preparation, SMSF and Bookkeeping
- Preparation of complex tax returns
- Communicating and managing the Practice client to manage daily workflow, discussing queries to ensure the delivery of tasks in time with zero errors. Candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Client Management
- Reviewing tax return for different type of entities
- Reviewing Bookkeeping, BAS, IAS etc,
- Providing training to new joinees
- Provides guidance to team, implementing / suggesting process changes to improvise the workflow, communication etc.
Skillsets and Experience:
- Experience of 2-3 years in Australian Accounting outsourcing industry especially in Tax Domain
- Team handling and reviewer experience is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
