Lead improvements to make processes more efficient and effective
Review journal entries and account reconciliations, as well as preparing and/or reviewing financial reporting and flux analysis
Maintaining the integrity of the global chart of accounts
Responsible for ensuring that intercompany transactions have been appropriately implemented and executed per the existing intercompany agreements
Prepare and/or review global transfer pricing calculations in accordance with tax rules, including information and data gathering, status calls with team members
Ensure Foreign exchange impact is appropriately accounted and reviewed for accuracy
Manage the financial close process, including reviewing and analyzing financial data from subsidiary entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards
Work cross functionally with various partners, including international accounting teams, FP&A, Revenue, Compliance, Tax, Treasury and non-accounting teams, to ensure flawless execution of close processes
What You Bring Along:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting; CPA perferred
Previous experience working for a publicly traded company is a firm requirement, as is strong knowledge of financial and operational reporting and US GAAP
Background in international subsidiaries and foreign currency
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with 3+ years supervising accounting teams
Strong communication and mentor skill sets
Enjoy building policies and developing processes and key controls
Ability to assist in research and resolve technical accounting issues and reporting matters and implement in the organization
Ability to work both independently and as a great teammate in a dynamic environment
NetSuite experience and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are desired, as is experience in a high-growth technology company
