Must have Broadband availability: Min 30 MBPS (national service provider JIO/TATA/Airtel Hathway etc)

Job Summary:
The accounting associate is a key member of the MSS finance organization. The accounting associate is responsible for processing expense reporting, analysis of accounts and ad hoc requests as well as assistance with the month end close. Additionally this position will deliver value through assistance with management reporting. This individual will work with team members across the organization. Professional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
REPORTING:
Experienced to build and deliver managerial reporting highlighting value delivered and in support of business decisions.

With direction, create reports that highlight metrics and draw from multiple data sources.
o
Examine business processes and financial data to deliver data-based cost allocations.
Support variance analysis activities.
Support Manager s and Director s financial inquiries.
PROCESS SUPPORT:
Support expense reporting process:
o
Adhere to MSS policies
o
Execute monthly mileage reimbursements
o
Provide ad-hoc analysis of expense report data
o
Internal resource for expense reporting assistance.
Month end sales, cost of sales, inventory, and related reporting
Sustainability reporting of energy, water, and scrap sales data
Assist with registration process for new suppliers
Pull data for entry into KPI reporting
Generate reports needed to ensure oversight of the cycle-count program
Support department managers with ad-hoc requests.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
Invoicing
Assistance as needed with other priorities
Must have key skills:
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to use a computer for 8.5 hours per day.
Professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
Working knowledge of standard office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Must be comfortable using computers in calculating and using data
Effective use of organizational and time management skills
Employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing business needs of the organization.
Accounting degree with working relevant experience in accounting.
Must have technical skills/ software
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint etc.)
Working knowledge of excel, advance excel; performing accounting analysis using excel (data gathering ,visualizing)
Certification:
MS excel/ Advance Excel certification
Good to have skills:
Experience working in Oracle, Motus, Chrome River or another expense reporting tool
Education:
Accounting degree with work experience in accounting
