Ready to become a WrikerWrike's Accounting team is the key department that ensures the accuracy and timely posting of financial data. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day operations within Navan, our Travel & Expense platform. You will also assume responsibilities for workplace operations for the Wrike India office.

- Your manager will be Stephanie Mast, Accounting Manager, located in the United States. The accounting team is part of the larger Finance and Accounting organization with over 25 team members
- Your workplace operations duties will be supervised by Maria Bushikhina, Administrative Director
How we work
- Tech stack: Navan, NetSuite, Wrike, Google Suite, Excel, Slack
- Consistent check in meetings, Daily Close meetings, Monthly and Quarterly team meetings
- Hybrid mode, aligned with EU and US Time Zones. As an accounting role, additional hours may be required during month end close and during office events
How You'll make an impact
- Daily review of Navan expenses for flagged items, ensuring policy adherence
- Assist global end users with travel booking issues
- Daily review of open tickets related to Navan
- Make policy and procedure suggestions to improve efficiency
- Support WPO projects by identifying and selecting vendors, conducting tenders, creating purchase orders, procuring necessary office items, maintaining office-related vendor relationships, and reviewing and setting up internal WPO processes.
- Oversee company swag by ordering, maintaining organized stock, and distributing items as needed.
- Provide event and travel support.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate policies
- Strong Excel/ Google Sheets skills
- Task oriented, detail oriented and possesses drive to close on time
- English spoken and written skills - advanced level
