Job Description
As an Accountant at Yagna Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd., you will manage all financial transactions, analyze financial data, and prepare financial reports for our rice processing plant. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and maintaining accurate balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial records
- Managing and reconciling GST, TDS, and TCS data regularly
- Coordinating with the company's CA for timely submission of tax data and return filings
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Handling bookkeeping, auditing, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
- Analyzing financial data to support decision-making within the company
Job Criteria
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the agro/food processing industry
- Expertise in handling and reconciling GST, TDS, and TCS data
- Ability to submit tax-related data (GST, TDS, TCS) to the CA for monthly return filings
- Strong proficiency in Tally for financial management
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Tally and familiarity with industry-related accounting practices
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS compliance and monthly filings
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
