Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial statements, and reconciling bank statements. They must also maintain accurate records and adhere to accounting standards and principles. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounting roles, with comprehensive knowledge of Accounting principles, TDS, GST, payroll management, company law compliances, vendor payments, and proficiency in creating MIS and settlement files for vendors. Qualifications:

• Manage all aspects of accounting functions including but not limited to (a) Accounts payable/receivable; (b) General ledger entries and reconciliations; (c) Preparation of financial statements and reports; (d) TDS and GST compliance; and (e) Payroll processing/compliances and related tax filings, etc.,
• Ensure compliance with company law regulations, and secretarial and statutory requirements.
• Oversee vendor management processes, including processing payments and maintaining vendor records.
• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive management information systems (MIS) for financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare settlement files for vendors and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
• Financial planning and budgeting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of Accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Accounting, TDS, GST, and other taxation regulations.
• Experience in payroll management and related tax filings.
• Familiarity with company law compliances.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
