We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Accountant to manage our financial records, handle day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in managing accounts, preparing financial reports, and performing audits.
Manage general ledger entries and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable.- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting financial performance.
Monitor and report on financial discrepancies or irregularities.- Liaise with auditors for audits and implement audit recommendations.
Ensure timely payment of invoices and accurate expense tracking.
- Assist in payroll processing.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
