Accountant

Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 4-5 years of experience in Need relevant Experience in Real state Group. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial documents
• Preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with taxation laws
• Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting
• Monitoring financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assisting with audits and other financial examinations
• Providing financial advice and support to management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-5 years of experience in Real state Group
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
