Job Description:

Rock My Sales is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Tally software and will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, creating and sending invoices, and ensuring timely payment collection from clients. This role demands excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting books using Tally software.

Create and manage invoices, ensuring they are accurately generated and promptly sent to clients.

Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.

Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements as needed.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Address any accounting discrepancies or irregularities promptly and effectively.

Provide support during audits and tax preparations.

Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures and systems.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role, with a strong background in using Tally software.

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in preparing and maintaining financial records.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
