Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to join our manufacturing team. As a Manufacturing Industry Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, coordinating interdepartmental activities, and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing processes using Tally software.

Responsibilities:

Compile, analyze, and report financial data accurately and on time.

Prepare and process invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring adherence to billing schedules and customer requirements.

Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to verify and process dispatch invoices in a timely manner.

Perform audits and resolve any discrepancies as needed.

Collaborate closely with procurement and production departments to track expenses, monitor budgets, and optimize cost management.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.

Assist management in the Tally, Billing, Dispatch Invoice, Inter Dept. Coordination
