Job Description:

As an Accountant in the Registration and Compliance Department at RERA Easy, you will be responsible for the registration process on real estate projects and agents under RERA, while also overseeing financial operations related to these processes. Your responsibilities include preparing and submitting RERA applications, drafting various documents, and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations. You will also be responsible for accurate financial reporting, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and assisting with audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Strong proficiency in accounting principles, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Application and Documentation:

  • Handle the registration process for real estate projects and agents under RERA.
  • Prepare and submit RERA applications.
  • Draft various documents, including undertakings and disclosures.
  • Prepare detailed summaries of projects and track pending items for completion.
  • Update project information to ensure ongoing compliance with RERA regulations.
  • Manage the RERA registration process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Financial Management:

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting related to RERA registration processes.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Assist with audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

Client Communication:

  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary documents.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely document submission.

Internal Coordination:

  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks related to RERA registration.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit the necessary documentation.
  • Utilize Excel and Word to create, manage, and organize documents.
  • Review submissions and make updates as required.
  • Generate and prepare daily reports, client summaries, and project summaries.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Additional Information:

  • Training: Full training will be provided for all job functions, including RERA registration, compliance, and internal procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience in compliance, project registration, or a related role is preferred.

Remuneration: INR 2,00,000 to 4,00,000 LPA.
